Location is really nice. Beautifully restored building with great attention to every detail. Room was large and very clean. Same for the bathroom with an excellent shower.Lovely garden with orange and lemon trees. It’s a short walk to the historic old town of Grottammare that is incredibly picturesque and cute with quaint restaurants, wine bars and local arts and crafts shops. The owners live onsite and are very responsive to guest requests. Nice breakfast and owners will accommodate dietary requests. The mattress in the room was uncomfortable (way too hard) and could use a memory foam topper or should be changed. The pillows were very hard and tall as well and definitely need to be changed or at least have an alternate set available in the closet.

The Villa was in an excellent location with private parking on site. It was a really interesting building, very comfortable, very clean and the owners were extremely kind, pleasant and helpful. There wasn’t anything to dislike about the Villa.

The hosts were extremly nice and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast came with a lot of different options and was very tasty. The hotel room was very lovely (especially the bathroom!) and you could access it from the street. Would a 100% recommend staying at this bb:) Most shops aren't open by march yet but that is to be expected

It was all great: the room, the location, the comfort and the host was super kind. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding with both sweet and salt options. Freshly-baked salt and sweet cakes were served together with local specialities (salami, cheeses, ...)
