Enjoyed my stay

We arrived at 12am after driving all day. We pulled up to people at the entrance smoking, chasing each other and quite a handful inside drinking in the lobby. There were two people sitting outside at a side entrance smoking something. Two men were running down the road near the hotel and not for exercise. Sign outside said “park at your own risk, we are not responsible lost or stolen items” right by the entrance. That doesn’t give off a good vibe at all. I almost cancelled the reservation before we even got out of our vehicle. Rooms were not clean. Carpet in hallway was a tripping hazard as parts of it were not glued to floor and was rippled. Hair all over in the bathroom, hair on sheets. I did not feel safe there. I will say the front desk guy was very kind and helpful. So not all was totally awful. Probably won’t stay again though.

Highly recommend. Team was playing at Berliner so stayed here for convenience. Tons of food options around and the hotel was excellent for what we needed. Good breakfast, big clean rooms, and lobby area for the team to hangout following games.

We will definitely stay here again if back in this area. Pool is smaller sized but totally ok with our needs. Roo. Roomy enough. Has all things we need. Close to food, mall and easy to get to off interstate.

The hotel was clean, well run, and close to convenient stores. The breakfast had a lot of options.

My first time trying this property, although I stay at lest one night a week in the area. They refused to issue me a digital key. I contacted the front desk, waited two and a half hours for a response, and was denied. Then I checked in physically with an ID and credit card, still denied. The desk staff was none too friendly about it. Will not stay again.

Staff members where very nice and helpful. The location is perfect because its next to the highway for going to sonic temple (about 15-20mins.) drive there. Its also next to restaurants and general stores if you need something. The room is really clean and doesn’t smell and no damage. Great breakfast as well and the price was also amazing. I’ve been to other hotels for same price and they weren’t the same feeling. Wish the tv had more channels to choose from but that’s ok.

The General Manager was wonderful. She was very patient and kind. Will definitely stay here again if im in Cokumbus.
