Location was perfect. We’re convenient to everywhere but Beds

Hard beds No alcohol allowed in rooms Hallways were loud at night

Location access to the Mercado Hidalgo, tour buses and museums. Not enough shampoo/conditioner, soap. Bed a bit hard.

The room was very clean , in the heart of the city close to restaurants , callejón del beso and the staff was very helpful

Location was great and air condition worked well. Everything else. No refrigerator, no hot water, had to ask for toilet paper, small uncomfortable bed with poor quality sheets that we found hairs in, bad lighting and noisy being situated right on the main street.

The location to Ghetto. The balcony is not like the one in the picture.

The location is ok. Close to the market. The staff was helpful. Cleaning staff was prompt and thorough. The fan in the room was nice. The price is outrageous for the quality. The listing said that there were two outlets at the bedsides. There was one outlet in the entire room across the room. There was a window but it opened to the hallway. People always walking past. But maybe this was better than the street view that as noisy all night.

View Staff front desk, I check in to my two rooms I booked then I need another room and we were discussing options to book and then I told him what room he ignore me and help others. One room I booked with triple beds and only had two beds.

Bed was horrible to sleep in..never again!! There was nothing that I liked! I didn't like anything!!!

Balcony restaurant f friendo dtsff

Location like the patio overlooking the city. Friendly staff helpful as well. The restaurant had good food and they were very friendly too. On booking it’s set up horribly as far as discerning which room you are booking and the difference in listings looking identical. The double with patio is the same as the superior with patio but twice the price and not worth the price

Perfect Location right in the downtown area and main street of Guanajuato. Steps away from the famous Market and right in the center of the city. There are many places to eat right outside the hotel door, full of shops and walking distance to all the popular landmarks. the room was very spacious and the balcony leading to the main street gives the perfect view of the colorful city. As mentioned, it is located in the main street so it will be loud until about 11pm at night. Guanajuato is full of life and nightlife can get loud. The beds were a bit uncomfortable since I am used to a very soft Mattress.

Cleanliness, didn't Clean the bathrooms, shower.

Food was good, cleaning personal was very nice, front desk was good The mattress is very stiff it hurts you're back it's like you're sleeping in the floor

safe and walkable area. close to market and restaurants. basic Mexican style hotel. you will have a key, no desk person after 6 pm.

location is in the main square. busy area. walking distance to everywhere.

Kind and helpful stuff, great location, really close to the Center, it has air conditioning, they don’t have parking but the offer you a parking at the shopping center, so you pay $250 pesos extras and is 7mins walk to the parking, the room is super big, same the bathroom, beautiful balcony (we got room 27 3rd floor) my family got 2nd floor and the balcony and room it’s little smaller, the bed weren’t comfortable kinda hard but overall was great
