Hotel Dos Rios

Lovely rustic courtyard filled with plants. Comfy room. Very helpful pleasant host. Good food nearby. Easy to get taxis into town. Tiny room. Needs maintenance. Needs fan in front of window.

Location and price Ac none in rooms but the property is made of an d adobe so rooms were cool at night but ac would be good in rooms for summer season

The staff were very welcoming and helpful and friendly. Always made sure we were good! Everything was beautiful from the location to the hotel itself, but unfortunately our room was a bit too warm but once we asked for a fan it was fine! And beds were a bit too firm for our liking.

Location was good Bit of local road noise but to be expected due to location

Friendly staff, good location about two blocks from the Alondiga. Good, safe parking. The bathroom in our room was very tight, specially the toilet area. It seemed that the other rooms might be of a normal size bathroom space

Like that is few min walking to the historic city center... there is no breakfast at all there you dont need it food is cheap there... they do have private parking little tight lucky us it was kinda empty...employee was good gave some tips what's good in town everyday Ok my only thing that love is my sleep the beds are not good they are old I almost fell off my bed because one side is not good I had double bed they both not good I booked 2 rooms both have a bad beds, my room had some weird graffiti on the ceiling bath room are out dated in general honesty it need seriously investment it outdated only updated was the wifi and the Roku TV... one think i don't know but I don't believe it but my brother in law was outside and he seen something creepy... they turn off outside light it's understandable but if you need to leave early you can't see where u walking our neighbor room is bad ... question is would I stay again yeah I would if they had serious updated if not needed to drop their prices but then I wouldn't stay there just for the beds they are not good,,, oh and I almost forgot if you go in December take a heater those rooms are cold o cobija San Marcos seee needs updates

Great staff, really nice building. Decent location. Easy walk to Centro. Lots of great street food options close by, too.

The man was rude. Place was dirty. Poor lights. Bed old and extremely uncomfortable. Avoid this place by all means

Friendly and caring owner. Private parking. Good location to historic center within walking distance. It would be better if a single hole mixing valve were equipped for the water counter sink rather than current two separate hot/cold water valves.

I was double charged for my room

Nice hotel, comfortable room, privite parking, reception h24. Rooms on the front street may be a little noisy in the morning.

There was no breakfast. The room had more outside light than we expected, and one night the noise from other guests was excessive.

Very stylish and center location, clean and private parking I do not understand how people say old hotel .very good chance to accommodate in that place

A few lights & fans within the room didn’t work. Bed quilt had a stain so we ended up buying some blankets from the mercado to place it on top of the bed/pillows. But the price you’re paying you’re bound to get something like that to be honest.
