Breakfast was good, dining area clean and bright, staff at breakfast friendly, location was good The room was stuffy and dark. All windows opened into the interior of the hotel. No outside windows. The hall lights were off and the hall was dark. When using the bathroom shower, the shower leaked and water spread all over the floor. There were no hand towels. There was no shampoo, body wash, or hair drier.

The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended.

1. The location is good and close to various attractions with walk distance. 2. The employee is nice and friendly. 1. The Wi-Fi is not good at 4th floor and the hotel cannot fix it. 2. Not so much breakfast options to choose.

Location. Away from the noise of city center. N/A

The included breakfast was fabulous and the location was excellent. Room was spacious enough. Hotels need to update their booking.com information. Supposed to be a coffee maker in the room and there wasn't.

The breakfast was good, but we would have liked to have more variety. The bed-sheets were not completely clean.

The location is good, the breakfast is ok, staff is friendly, the view outside the hotel is beautiful. The room is a little bit cold.

Property was in walking distance from a lot of things. Some rooms do not have a window.

Breakfast was very basic, compared with many other places in Mexico

The hotel is very well located, in a quiet area, not too far driving from the bus terminal and on a walking distance from the Mercado Hidalgo and the historic centre. Room was clean and comfortable, with hairdryer. Breakfast was tasty, and the bread was better than elsewhere. And the mercado is near if you need extras like fresh fruits. The windows of my room did not face the outside but only the corridor of the hotel. So I did not get fresh air from the outside.

The staff was nice, they accomodated us as best as they could. They work with a tour company that offers several tours, it picks up guest at the front of the hotel and drops off there too. The breakfast was good and the location of this hotel is perfect for being away from the center, but still close enough to the garden del cantado, shops and city center. Guanajuato was beautiful and staying here made it comfortable and enjoyable. Our bathroom had mold in the ceiling and it smelled like mold. The shower window can be opened but someone in the floor above us could see down and inside the shower, so no privacy. There were no smoking signs in tbe hallway but someone was still smoking. The beds were not that comfortable and moved from their base throughout the night. Towels were rough and one small toilet paper roll was provided at a time. There was a light outside our window and the curtains are not meabt to blackout any light so nights were pretty much iluminated.
