Location was good, close to metro and a lot ot restaurants and shops. Breakfast was amazing. Excellent value for the price. Facilities were good. Carpet was a little dirty. Non-carpeted floor will be much better.

Near Mrt station , many restaurant

Very friendly staff. Helped a lot. As a first time Traveller to China I"ll say those receptionists made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

If possible, more washing machines can be added so there are no queues.

Laundry at 8th Floor is an Advantage as that is accessible from Morning 7 to 11 pm Everyday i would Recommend PACO

The breakfast was great, nice big variety and very tasty. Dining area was too small for the amount of people. (Probably fully booked due to the Canton Fair) We had to wait for a table to open throughout our 4 days stay. The laminated flooring in our room was worn. The lift is in need of a revamp.

Convenient location, friendly staff, good value for money, nice room, healthy options for breakfast (broccoli, sweet potatoes, omelette or poached eggs, bread) which I really loved.

The hotel is simply fabulous, both in facilities and staff. The room was gorgeous, the bathroom well made and functional, location was very convenient - straight behind the subway station, like 3 minutes away. The neighbourhood was filled with services and shops. Well, actually one thing was a bit of a nuisance, but nothing major: I just expected more people to speak English fluently. Honestly, we solved every problem with the translators on our phones, or the devices provided by the staff, so all good!

Location - Convenient coz it’s just 5 minutes walk from the subway station and lots of eateries nearby. Room Cleanliness - Good. Facilities & Amenities - Free use of laundry and breakfast is included. Service - Good Had a bad experience of the hotel sharing the building with a restaurants at 2nd and 3rd floor. One day when we were in the elevator going up to our room, a drunk man entered the elevator from the restaurant floor and vomited all over the elevator floor. On normal days, the elevator smells bad bcoz we always bumped into the restaurant staffs pushing trolley with food or dirty dishes.

Amazing hotel in perfect location with all amenities. Staff are kind, pleasant to interact with, and contribute to a positive environment for an amazing hotel. Wish there was a mini bar
