We liked our stay very much. Breakfast was good enough have everything what you need to start your day. If I go back I would like to stay there again.

The breakfast was good The building is old. Mosquitoes weee there. Lots of smoking at lobby and ground floor, hotel smells of cigarette a lot. The rooms weren’t clean enough. I had to check out early, toilet pipe leaked in the bathroom, the Staff are polite and try to help as much as possible. I had 2 bookings. The second one was cancelled at no charge. But when I checked out early due to pipe leaking, I was charged for 1 night for checking out early, even though it was due to the bad conditions of the hotel. It was so bad, I was willing to pay for the one night I didn’t stay and just check out.

Very friendly and supporting staff. Great service if you are assisting the Canton Fair. Some rooms are renovated, others not, but staff will accommodate you as best as they can. A little renovation would go a long way.

receptions are friendly, accommodating, even thought they don't speak english they are trying their very best to translate english, clean, free breakfast and laundry is a bonus. Highly recommended. none

They have very spacious room and bathroom. Moreover they also have mini balcony to dry your clothes. You can also do self-laundry here so do need to bring a lot of clothes Nothing

The location is good if you are here for Jinan University. Just a 5-minute walk to the uni, and you have zero complaints about it. In the morning, the noise from the nearby Kindergarten can may be a bitter inconvenience.

Most of it great.Breakfast super and staff.No noise from street on opposite side. Just some issues with internet and some noise from preschool sometimes.
