Overpriced and Disappointing Stay I stayed at the Rosedale Hotel & Suites in Guangzhou for 4 nights (April 14 - April 18), and it was a completely disappointing experience. After long days navigating the local manufacturing hubs and sourcing markets, returning to this hotel was incredibly frustrating. The room was in terrible condition, featuring noticeably damp walls and a strong, unpleasant smell that made the entire space feel unhygienic. The customer service was equally poor; the staff was unhelpful, unprofessional, and lacked basic hospitality. Furthermore, the hotel is extremely overpriced for the low standard of accommodation provided. The expensive breakfast was a major letdown, with almost no vegetarian options available, making it virtually useless for my dietary needs. Given the high cost, unaccommodating staff, and poor room conditions, I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

Overall it was a quiet pleasant stay at this hotel, great location literally 3 mins walk from the nearest station!!! The room is clean but a bit old.

About the room, it was very good, The location is perfect for me The breakfast was not so good because you didn't offer a bottle of water when needed. They just told me we don't have Also, the food is mostly the same, and not enough of the other food. I suggest displaying more collections from other international foods. nothing

The staff locked out room card three times every time we had to come down the counter and wait for 10 min to get it sorted The cards were locked for breakfast rooms poor service I will never book this hotel again Also the rooms were smelly

1 stay at rosedale hotel many times before ,level was much better staff was better, breakfast was better , on arrival staff gave me room of deluxe rate and no breakfast , after claim upgraded . only location next to metro , and shuttle bus was accurate on time
