the fact that we ended up with rooms on the same floor, that was satisfactory to a point. Unfortunately my room A/C was not working properly and ended up switching to another room. the cleanliness, you can see things from the corridor walls to bathroom walls with sticky spots and other stuff I would not dare to touch. on two separate occasions we had encounters with drunk tenants, one ended up scaring my kids at their room threatening words in Chinese. what made it worse, the management where not too apologetic claiming there is not much they can do to control guests attitude. the rooms where clearly no smoking rooms, however some guests could not care less. as a matter of fact they had the room door wide open with at least three guys smoking freely in front of anyone choses to interfere!!!

I love this property it’s always clean and convenient but staff should be better equipped to speak international languages. It’s super hard to communicate with them which becomes frustrating.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The lobby was very large, beautiful, and gave a luxurious first impression. The housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful, and did a great job keeping the room clean throughout my stay. At night, most of the lights in the hotel are turned off, which makes the hotel feel a bit too dark. There also weren’t many staff members available at the reception during the evening. Communication was difficult because most of the front desk staff spoke very limited English. When I arrived, there was only one receptionist on duty, and it took quite a while for us to understand each other before we were finally able to check in.

Very clean and sophisticated. Breakfast had good variety of food. Staff were very welcoming. Rooms are very convenient and comfortable beds. Room Cleanliness was maintained well. No odour smell during my stay. Spa facilities were amazing and very professional. Hotel is very close to Shahe market and nearby popular landmarks. Toilet should have a bidet for international muslim guests. The halal food option at breakfast was very limited and food got wasted everyday because halal corner had curry and okra and porridge which did not look appetizing. We wish they would give a halal omelet station, Because the current omelet station had bacon mixing in other ingredients.

Nothing Ac was hot when we ask she say I can’t do anything for you the window isolation zero my baby can’t sleep the hole of the rooms have bad smells I was booked with agency and they cancelled my booking and they take from me cash and they told go back to your agency take your money

I staye at the property all the time when in Guangzhou. This time when I arrived at 8 AM, I asked for an early check-in, they told me the hotel was fully booked. Even though I saw people checking out and asked to maybe check if their room could be cleaned faster, I was refused that. I ended up going out until the evening. When I came back, my room was not immaculately clean, some things were missing in the bathroom, they were Q-tips from previous guests on the floor. I was too tired to complain. It was very cold in the room, and the and thermostat could not be reset. I ended up freezing the whole night. It felt like the Hotel lacked the personal touch it had before. Having said that, the breakfast has improved, it was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly, both the concierge, and the restaurant people. Breakfast
