Location is Prime. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok. 5min walk to Beijing Road Ped. area and 10min to 20min Didi ride to the wholesale area. 10-15min to the airport. Elevator Sharing with other hotels in the building.

Cleanliness not up to expectation. Hair on the floor during checking into the room. Hair in shower drain off area not cleared. The showerhead is moldy.

Breakfast buffet was good. Confusing hotel layout re: reception on 6F, and only 6F and GF reachable without a key card (key cards only take you to the floor of your room - not sure how people can access the laundry room and workout room without being on that floor). Transparent glass door for the shower and bathroom. Refrigerator wasn't very cold. Smart room without any explanation as to what would happen (curtains close when power is on, open when off, contactless toilet flushing without knowing how / why).

Excellent location. The shopping and eateries / restaurants are all downstairs, about 100 metres walk. There's so much food and lots of choices. The hotel lobby is very pleasant. Good breakfast. The bonus is the afternoon snacks available every day from 2:00pm to 5:00pm so it's nice to go out in the morning and come back for tea/coffee and snacks in the afternoon and have a rest. The fruits and pastries are refreshing. It's nice to have the wash basin outside of the shower and toilet. The Metro Station is also within walking distance so it's really easy and convenient to go everywhere around the city. There's only one elevator and shared by two hotels. Have to wait a bit longer for elevators. The entrance to the hotel is the elevator, so don't look for a lobby at the street level. The hotel lobby is on the 6th floor. Once you get to the lobby, it's very pleasant. It would be nice to have the laundry machines in both Chinese and English languages.

Location is on beijing road nearby the good restaurants. Sometimes room type is different . It’s not same as in booking. And then i have to wait for room.

Our stay at CityNote Hotel Beijing Road Pedestrian was comfortable and overall a pleasant experience. The reception staff deserve a special mention: they were always polite, welcoming, and tried their best to accommodate our requests, even though they do not speak English fluently. Communication sometimes took a bit of effort, but their helpful attitude made up for it. The hotel provides a self-laundry service, which was very practical for us during the trip. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they were clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel is just opposite a shopping mall, with KFC and other restaurants such as Tiger Prawns nearby. The metro station is also within walking distance, making it easy to get around the city. Tee Mall and other shopping areas are close as well, so we never felt far from places to eat, shop, or explore. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for travelers who want a clean, well-located place to stay in Guangzhou, with friendly staff and convenient amenities.

Location next to Beijing Lu. Many shopping malls and eateries around. Room area is quite small and squeezy.

Excellent location. Nice clean room and good facilities. It would’ve been helpful if they had at least 1 staff member who spoke enough English to just help me get around and give directions to key things such as airport etc.

The hotel was very comfortable. The design and lay-out is exactly what they advertise in their website. We had the daily breakfast buffet. The buffet spread for a 3 star hotel was very good and had Traditional Chinese breakfast fare. The hotel provided free flowing coffee for guests. There was also complimentary washing machine for the guests to use. Toiletries and water was provided. We booked 2 rooms. Deluxe king room and twin bed room. The king bed room was quite cramped. There was no space to put the luggages. The bed size was very comfortable for 2 people but it was pushed to the wall. The twin bed room was very spacious and very comfortable. The staff was courteous however, they only spoke mandarin.
