Location was excellent. Rooms were large and spacious.

The stuff is so unprofessional, it’s been like 20 days since i checked out, they didn’t refund my insurance and moreover they don’t anawer my messages or emails. So so so unprofessional

The room was very large. Bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. Shower and tank both available, very spacious. There was a useful sofa. Large tv screen. Fine desktop. Lots of closet space. Large safe. Tea/coffee facility in the room. Fine swimming pool. Good gym. Fine hotel hall. Fine breakfast. Front-end reception people were rude and dismissive. They did not speak English and used Google Translate instead. The gym has only one treadmill, always occupied. They forgot to clean the room once in seven days and it was impossible to explain it in English over the phone.

The front desk receptionist name Jason is very helpful and polite to explained everything needed during check-in. The location is close by good restaurants. The room is very clean ..this is the third time we stayed in this hotel and we booked 3 rooms this time ..will come back again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ None
