The bed is comfortable and clean. But the room is not clean enough, I can't sit on the sofa or chair because they look never be cleaned.

It was quite and closer locations for markets The hotel need more cleaning and new painting , no one there speak others language just Chinese languages , better reception with multiple languages , bearkfast not rich ,

In the heart of Tianhe, close to subway, restaurants, shopping centers - also coffee shop and 7Eleven just next door I came to this hotel many years before COVID 19 closure. Its just a big disappointing now. Facilities are rotting, staff unexperienced and don´t speak english. Also not willing to service like to call a taxi. The whole hotel is dirty, there are waste bags in front of my room. Part of the ceilings are dismantled, the electicity cables hanging down.

CHOOSE OTHER HOTEL IF POSSIBLE TRUST ME. Only the location is good. Not sure if they change bed sheet. it very itchy and I got allergic. Toilet smell very terrible, i had to spray my perfume. The bath room is right to the bed, which is very terrible fengshui The room is non smoking room. But i smell room beside smoking. So i tell the desk that somebody is smoking and smell so bad i cannot sleep. He told house keeper to check. And she kept saying she cannot smell and nobody in that room and she said how can I sleep when i got so many stuffs on bed and laugh. So my friend went to that room and about to knock the door. She seems anxious and told him not to knock the door because someone is there (whatt?) Then she told me to leave our stuff here and stay the other room. I said no. I am gonna leave the room tmr (which is now). I said i cannot stay anymore because the room is too dirty and the staff is not helpful at all. During my check out. the front desk nobody’s can speak English at all. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH. and I told them the situation by using Google Translate (I can only speak a little Chinese by the way) then they gave me a refund without apologies and any explanation that is someone stay there or not.
