Staff tried to charge us twice for our stay. They over charged on laundry and it was 2 days late. Very expensive and we got charged for everything, so many surprises expenses and not cheap at all!

I want to praise hotel stuff particular Fancy Zhao, Irene, Kiki Raymond. They are to kind and always at service. Fancy Zhao spend 3 hours with me to set up Alipay, also other help us with Didi payment since we don't set up Alipay work properly. Maybe location

Some of the staff were pleasant. They kept charging My card and cancelling my deposit to recharge my card for the full amount again when they could just have added any extra charge to what I had already deposited. The debit and cancellation meant my card exceeded the limit because the monies don’t go back to my card until the end of the month. Other hotels I stayed in China just took the extra charges only when I am checking out. They never canceled the original charge to make a fresh charge. This was frustrating and caused me problems because I have to find alternative mode of payment for my next hotel.

Really affordable breakfast variety, clean and comfortable and wide rooms Far a bit from city center and attraction points. Also no any grocery or mall nearby

Breakfast options was not so many , specially for Vegetarian. Should keep more options like french toast..etc Room was only either bath tub or shower room. Normally 5 star hotel should have both.8
