Very clean and the room is very spacious. Not a very convenient location, need to DIDI or subway to elsewhere.., not a waking destination to other places.

Very new clean modern hotel beautiful property I haven’t used their Internet or their Spa facilities, the breakfast was nice could be better especially around Canton Fair not so much options for visitors over the seas not so many halal selection either. Nothing it was overall nice stay

it has a beautiful location THE STAFF THERE BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH AND THIS IS VERY BAD FOR A 5 STAR HOTEL. THE HOTEL ROOM WAS DIRTIER AND FULL HAIR THAN THE ONE I HAD STAYED IN BEFORE. EVEN THE RECEPTIONIST DID NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH WELL. HOTEL IS NOT CHANGE MONEY AND CASH MONEY IN HOTEL IS NOT CHANGE MONEY FOR IRANIAN PASSPORT .IF THEY DO NOT SERVE IRANIANS,THEY SHOULD NOT MAKE RESERVATION. THEY WERE NOT CHARGING DOLLARS AT BOOKING.COM RATE AND WERE TURNING INTO AN RNB. IS THAT POSSIBLE?why they are book?
