Breakfast, Service, Staff Restaurant and room service closed so early

Tidiness was okay but staff were rude Very rude and even though early check in’s was available the staff named Lucy yang she wanted us to wait and in last although the room was already ready she didn’t respond us. We had to go to her and ask if the room was ready after the time as well. We don’t expect that in a so called Hilton. I come every 2 month to china. This is the worst hotel in china I have ever stayed.

There were two unpleasant moments: firstly, since payment was made at the hotel, the man at reception cheated us and charged us $100 more than the amount listed on the booking. He wanted to charge TWICE as much for a three-day stay. Secondly, when we couldn't get water downstairs, we called room service. They said they'd bring it, but it never came, not even after an hour or two, and they just hung up on us.

The rooms we got the acs weren’t working and when we called the front desk we were said the hotel is full. If the acs weren’t working they should have informed us. And at the counter while checking we gave some money as an advance and we were told it will be paid in cash when we check out but at the check out we were told it will be credited to our account. Staff at the front desk were very rude

They didn’t return back to me the deposit 1500 RMB and also the one night deposit they didn’t refund it back after my stay

Entry was not clean and people sleeping at the entrance , they were having there blankets and playing cards, total lack of punctuation.
