The hotel is luxury and nice, very nice rooms and furniture! The staff is very far from the standards of Hilton, they barely speak English, when they speak they do it with many mistakes and it is not comprehensive, so translation form Chinese on the phones is needed every time! The services in the lobby bar and restaurants is very poor, but there is mandatory 15% tip always included in the bill, no matter if they have done well or not, so of course since the tip is guaranteed they are not trying much ! It is obvious that not enough training and efforts are invested in the staff form the hotel management and owners! The swimming pool and SPA is also great disappointment - the hotel insist on wearing swimming heads like you are in sports pool, the explanation is that it is due to hygiene manners, but the pool itself is dirty and unpleasant, even with the heads policy. The whole experience in the pool and SPA is not relaxing, but tense and unpleasant!

Great property! Great staff! Everyone was friendly. Miranda at reception was very helpful. Kyle at concierge was extremely helpful in us getting a courier for our luggage. It was a difficult process but he was very patient and hands on! Loved our stay and everything about the hotel Breakfast was good, but monotonous with no to very little change! It was the same menu the whole week!

Everything, the room was nice and spacious. It was clean and had the teas and coffees available. The location was good. The breakfast was okay although it was very crowded the time we went there. Nice view Nothing. Everything was perfect. It really represented the Hilton brand and i wouldn't mind staying again.

Bed could have been firmer. Food service staff should ask customers for their Hilton Honors membership number or other booking service reward option for discounts before presenting receipts. Even better would be an automatic means of processing this based on checking room number.
