I do not write reviews, but these people REALLY deserve a good one! EXTREMELY helpful staff. Special thanks to Amy and Xiaomi, the receptionists. Amy helped us reach key people in our business through her translation and Xiaomi helped us get our lost mobile back! Extreme ownership!! The bed was a blessing! Super comfortable! Location is very good, very close to the exhibition area. It's definitely our place in Guangzhou! They really thought of every detail that would make your stay as comfortable as it should be! I even asked if they have branches in other cities in China so when we are on business trips to other cities we just choose the same chain and it's guaranteed it's going to be a good stay! Breakfast was Ok, but can be better, by making it more international-friendly. The only things you would find familiar are the eggs and the bakery corner. Rest is Chinese and/or has pork someway or another, which we don't eat as Muslims.

Everything, laundry services, breakfast plenty of oriental and continental options, the location close to the fair, the shuttle service to the fair, the free minibar, the bathroom amenities, great attention was paid to every detail into the room. Finally, the service, the hotel personnel is very oriented to the service and really makes sure for you to have a really pleasant stay and great experience. Nothing comes to my mind.

Travelling with my wife and two young sons (1 and 3 years old) I wanted to choose the best hotel for us. I wanted a modern hotel with a central location, walking distance to trains and shopping centres, a modern gym, modern laundry, restaurant (with an exceptional buffet breakfast) and above all - friendly hosts and staff. I am very glad I chose Guangzhou Pazhou LN DongFang Hotel. It ticked all boxes (and more!) The staff were the standout for me - always helpful and accommodating. I especially am grateful to the restaurant team - who assisted us in every way so we could enjoy the everchanging menu at breakfast with our very active sons. (make sure to enjoy the chef's custom-made dumpling soup - I still yearn for it now :)) Even the very modern laundry was attended to, and the gym exceeded my expectations. My wife was provided all the support needed to attend the Fair, and she agrees with me that this hotel will be our new home in Guanzhou every time we visit (and we intend to visit often). I honestly can't thing of anything.

Size and position of room Security checks at entrance foyer was over the top and largely unnecessary. Breakfast buffet should have a bit more Western foo. Front desk requires more staff

I also appreciate that the minibar was restocked daily and the towels were changed every day. There was even a phone charger available in the room, which was very convenient. For visitors coming from Europe, I recommend not bringing hair devices or adapters, as the plug types are different and not compatible.

Clean room, almost no cigarette smell on the non-smoking floor Only some of staff speak any English. Very poor communication however everyone was quite friendly. The buffet breakfast and dinner was very average.

Great localisation, near to metro station and malls with lot of restaurants of kind. Personel did great job. Each day room was cleaning, towels were changed and refilled cosmetics. Breakfast was ok but 12 days the same each day. They should make some changes in menu.
