I loved everything about this hotel and I am definitely coming back. The rooms are so comfortable, the breakfast is sumptuous and the staff are Amazing. Lirs was super helpful and kind. She made sure I always had a good time at the breakfast.

The hotel is excellent, breakfast was great. We stayed as a family with teenager. Room with two beds. Beds are very comfortable. Room was cleaned every day. We liked everything, staff were very friendly and helpful. Shopping mall is in the same building. Lots of shopping centers around. Nothing

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and a special thanks to the manager on duty during our stay—when we faced a medical situation, they went above and beyond by assisting us in contacting a hospital and recommending the best option to overcome the language barrier.

Overall, the stay was okay, but it did not feel like a true 5-star experience compared to other properties in the same brand.At breakfast, the staff cleared tables too quickly—even when we had not finished eating—and reassigned the table to new guests. This felt rushed and uncomfortable.Additionally, the female concierge staff appeared unresponsive and did not provide assistance. She stood by without offering help, even when we were handling our luggage ourselves. This was quite disappointing, especially compared to the front desk team, who were noticeably more professional and service-oriented.There seems to be an inconsistency in service quality across different departments
