The location and the staff especially Mr Connor he was amazingly respectful and consider ,and the hospitality. I really appreciate it . If I visit this hotel again it would be for there staff and there good hospitality The property was very old and not so clean I didn’t like the room for that price it was not worth the price .

Great value. Older structure but well kept. Large gym and large outdoor swimming pool. No shopping or food stores nearby.

For a short stay it was okay. The breakfast is amazing, they have such a wide selection of food and the staff is super nice. It does not come up to the standards of a Westin hotel. A bit old school and run-down. After they did not make up our room for 3 people, I even found a nail on the floor. It was a bit of a disappointment.

As soon as we stepped into the lobby we already felt that we made a right choice. We were cordially welcome by Connor and Carol who streamlined the check in process and always surprised us by their top notch services and friendly attitudes. Also the breakfast was another sparking spot us. I was a bit surprised at seeing some people complaining about lacking of variety as we were very satisfied with the options and qualities. Room is spacious and clean, and the pool and gym also did not let me down. I am a gym rat and was glad to see they have pretty much everything I need to maintain my workout schedule. Overall very satisfying stay, and I think Connor is a great asset for this branch. He is the type of hotel manager who is always willing to go above and beyond to make your travel experience unforgettable and worthwhile. None

Staff - specially Connor, he was kind and helpful. Even all the staff are courteous Location - Accessible via DiDi easily, clean and neat. Christmas Eve - fantastic buffet at sky bar lounge - floor, 40 Property is outdated, first we were given 30th floor, terrible moldy smell. Then they changed the room to 35th floor. Room was spacious however everything is very old. Breakfast is okay, not great. Lounge access - the food and drinks quality is average. This hotel seriously needs a renovation. Note - don’t book Marriott properties via booking.com or any other travel site because I stayed for 10 nights and none of them are counted for loyalty program. They said, we need to book only via Marriott app or website
