i always have to call to reception to ask shampoo for 2 people not only for one person as order always for two persons.

WiFi is very unstable, rooms could be cleaner.

Not enough variety of European food on breakfast

It is a 5 min walk to the subway station , Line 10. We were given a room on the high floor. The room has a washing and drying machine. Not much dining and shopping facilities in the area.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the large bathtub. Having laundry facilities inside the room was particularly convenient. I am fully satisfied with every aspect of my stay.

Near metro, near good food, good suite style room. Nice staff. Taxi's are moments away in front. Nice window view. Worst McCafe across the steet. Poor bathroom lighting over sink. Hard flush button to flush toilet.

Excellent location with foods easily available nearby the hotel. The ground staffs and managers are very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and met the needs of the family. Nil

This hotel is right in the heart of the city. The room was very comfortable, modern, and luxurious. The bed was firm—in a good way—and great for the back. I loved the pillow menu with six types of pillows and the Dead Sea Essentials by AHAVA toiletries. The TV offered a few English channels. The intelligent toilet and 5-star facilities were impressive. Very convenient for Canton Fair visitors—about 30 minutes by bus to Pazhou, with a return bus from Area A. The hotel also offers a complimentary afternoon tea for fair visitors from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. The new Metro Line 10 (Yangji East, Exit C1) is just nearby, providing easy access to city metro. There’s a 7-Eleven behind the reception Breakfast at Petrus Restaurant on the 2nd floor (6:30–10:00 am) offers a good variety. The staff were excellent—especially Shirlin Zhang at reception, who arranged our rooms on the same floor and even assisted in communicating our drop-off location to a taxi driver by showing him the exact spot on her phone map. The only minor issue was the limited number of elevators—just three serving floors 17 to 30—so there could be some waiting time during busy hours. Everything else was excellent.

The staff were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful during the stay there despite it being during the Canton Fair. The staff were helping to recommend locations and places to eat, down to making the reservations! The bathroom in the rooms were on the smaller side so made it slightly difficult to move around but overall still great!

Need change the equipment And its small area for gym

Our favourite stay. Was great value and the room was really nice after a couple of crappy hotels in Guangzhou! We booked the twin business room. It had 2 double beds with a glass divider door and was perfect for our family of 4 even though it says the room is for 2. The pool area was good, you do have to wear swim caps which is standard in Guangzhou it seems. The massage room is open 11am-1pm so we missed this. Didn’t eat here so can’t say how it was. Easy to DiDi at front door. We only stayed one night :(

Great service all around, very helpful staffs. Friendly staff and always willing to help. Flexible, we asked to extended our checkout time and there were no problem. Facility can be more clean, but overall very good.

Big rooms and very helpful friendly staff. Let us check out very late with no issues. No bar or food at the pool area - I guess it’s a business hotel.
