Great location. Clean rooms. Did not try the restaurant as we had a few places to eat at elsewhere. The way the laundry was set up. It is only open from 8am to 10 pm andwas too complicated and I ended up not using it as another guest before me had problems getting the QR code payment thing to work. They make it too complicated. We were on a short trip and spending too much time trying to figure out how it works considering the hours it was open. I have stayed in quite a few hotels in China and this is my first encounter with such a complicated way of getting laundry done.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room for the large suitcases. Beds were great. The breakfast offerings were sensational - one of the best we experienced in our travels in China. There was a fantastic range of both Chinese and Western courses and the dining room was a lovely, bright place to start the day. We also enjoyed an evening buffet meal in the same space - great value. The hotel's location was also excellent with an easy walk to metro stations. The locality is very interesting - you really get a sense of how the local people live with the outdoor markets and innumerable small shops selling everything imaginable. No complaints!

We enjoyed the breakfast here. We also were given very attentive treatment by the room service cleaning staff 杨红 and the front of desk staff Shawn, Goria and May Li. We really enjoyed the hospitality here. The location of this hotel is so central amidst the hustle and bustle of Liwan District here in Guangzhou. Would definitely recommend to come if you can afford ! Worth the money and experience ! Clean rooms and approachable housekeeping. We stayed 6 nights and we slept so well and firm. Aircon is working well. No smoke smell! Bath water pressure is good. None from us.

Booking.com customer service is non-existent. I’ve been trying to reach the booking team for more than two weeks now. This is my 4th attempt, and I keep getting the same generic responses. I need a real person to look into my case for approved price match immediately.

While historical, the area where the hotel is located is quite shabby, crowded and lowers first impression straight away. The view from the room which we had was equally unpleasing. It was quite noisy in the corridor.
