Staff was horrible, with the exception of the little older cleaning lady who cleaned our room daily. She was the only staff member who greeted you with a smile, was kind, and always said "HI." The rest of the entire staff are completely mute unless you ask them a question of which they would never have an answer. No one helps you with luggage or any real needs unless you beg. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free. I've stayed at many hotels around the world, and this one by far was the worst customer service. Don't let the nice facility fool you.

I was upgraded to a suite . I was very pleased . Bed is very comfortable . Room is clean . I did not eat in the hotel and I could easily find food places by walking 20 minutes away from the hotel. At the reception, hot drinks , sweets and biscuits are available free flow . There is a certain smell along the corridor leading to the lifts. It smelt maybe incense or herbal or medicinal. I can't pinpoint it. Something I don't like . But I think it may not bother other guests .

A beautiful hotel near Canton fair with helpful staff, great breakfast, nice and clean room. We really appreciated the free transfer to Canton fair and the welcome food and drinks after the fair for our convenience.
