Location is good. Near the airport, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room has a bit of unpleasant smell, Not sure if it's smoke or something.

Room is very clean and the cleaning ladies are very friendly and polite. They always cleaned my room. No closet, No TV, No place to store your clothes. I had to leave all my clothes in my luggage. Also, you should have an international menu especially during the Canton Fair.

Super comfortable modern room. Large King bed. Projector in room for entertainment. Separate toilet and bath so that multiple people can get ready, esp for those early morning flights. Great Service. The hotel packed us breakfast since departure was before the restaurant opened. The free shuttle bus to the airport was one time and very efficient. N/A

I.liked the rooms they were spacious , beds are nice and big. I like how it's very close to the airport. Staff are friendly but it was so hard to communicate with them, not being able to speak English, thank goodness for the translator app but that was still a bit tricky too lol at the end I started using sign language ? it worked lol I didn't like that lack of communication buy staff when I had messaged them on booking.com that we needed to picked up at the airport, we waited for like an hour and a half, I kept calling the hotel no one would answer so I figured I might as well catch a cab. The room i was in the air con was blowing out a very unpleasant smell. I was surprised to see people smoking inside the hotel in the elevators , so if your taking kid just be aware of that.

Nice rooms. Well located. Very clean and breakfast was very good. Basically no one is speaking English. I’m not expecting so much but the hotel is 3 km away from one of the biggest international airports in all Asia, and it’s a bit annoying to have all this communication issues.

Location is excellent from the airport. The shuttle was good especially for the Canton fair. The cleaners could do better Their notices and writings are all in Chinese! English as a global language should be added. The food was only Chinese style! Including continental dishes will be very good.
