Good service, good breakfast, perfect or clean.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and the experience was exceptional. The surroundings were beautiful, quiet, and the room hygiene was particularly well-executed. I felt extremely relaxed while staying there. I’d like to highlight the room manager, who was exceptionally enthusiastic, reliable, and wholeheartedly assisted me throughout the stay in resolving various issues. The service was gentle and considerate. If I were to visit China again, I would definitely choose this place. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is good, not a lot of variety for western food. Cutlery is poor, no proper knife and spoon to use for western food. Staffs should be trained with little bit more of English, communication is difficult, except you can speak Chinese.

Very comfortable with a spacious room. Laundry in the facility. Good variety breakfast. No restaurant / room service . Breakfast stops sharply at 10 even on weekends.

It’s really nice

Not knowing the area. You may get lost. The hotel is connected to the shopping center that’s on a whole big 4 square block. So the Didi maybe confused on which side to drop you off. The hotel was clean. It was confusing at first on how to get to the front desk. Take the elevator to the 6th floor. Free washing. Breakfast was good. The Internet didn’t work for my phone. That was sad. The rooms are lovely and spacious

Very comfortable bed with good linen. Plush towels and spacious bedroom. Metro 300m away which is great to avoid traffic Next to a shopping center which is useful Great gym in shopping center Not an ex pat area and far from the “action” Breakfast is good during Canton Fair but options reduce off peak. No restaurant or bar in hotel.

I had 1 small hiccups with my cleaner and it was taken care of immediately ?

Too far from downtown, paid a lot on taxis services.

Just the location is far from downtown but is not very bad problem there is a metro station near to Hotel you can going to any place in Guangzhou through it

Super comfy bed. Lush towels, hot water at good pressure. Laundry Room. Metro within walking distance Location a little away from the happenings.

The location is a bit isolated. There are some shops and food immediately downstairs but otherwise to go to any actual GZ sites you will need to take a car or train. It's not walkable or close

Place was great. Everything perfect. . In China getting an English language was impossible but the translators on phone provided help...and fun lol The place was a little away from Canton Tower and city and I think on return I would stay in the City...but can't fault the hotel and Coco Park was a fun place to be.....not a park but a great area .....
