The hotel location very good for subway and big markets. But the hotel not clean and not comfortable.

The staff is very helpful and nice. The location is good, just near the metro and train station. The towels were not clean enough. They were grey, impossible to use.

Absolutely worth the price i paid, perfect location with quiet area. Workers of the hotel are VERY helpful and friendly. For me, this is the fastest hotel I have been with helping their customers. Hotel is very near to the subway station. Rooms are cleaned, bed is comfortable. I haven’t tried their breakfast. Will recommend and revisit for sure. Air conditioning is a bit not working well.

Location is great. 2 minutes walk way to Nearby metro line 2 &5. Watches, leather bags & belt markets are walking distance. Muslin halal food restaurant are within walking distance. 24/7 front desk service. Room is clean. They doest’t have any closet for clothes in room. Room little overpriced.

The location is just within walking distance from the metro named GuangZhou Railway Station, which is really convenient to get connected to anywhere by metro line-transfer. The travelling to and from Airport also very easy & convenient. There is a supermarket and a restaurant next to the hotel, the restaurant serves good meal with reasonable prices and the supermarket is really a plus point since we can always get some junk foods or beer/drinks before we got back to the hotel. The room is quite spacious, the beds are super comfortable, the cleanliness of the linens also tiptop, I booked 3 rooms and all my guests are satisfied with their beds. They serves fruits on the 1st day but not the days after. The receptionists are very polite and helpful. The hotel also provide free-of-charge luggage storage if you ever needed to check out before your flight time. Everything was good, will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The fridge doesn't work, and the tea-making table top is a bit dusty

The room sizes were very small - similar to an ibis. The hotel staff calls the police at midnight to our rooms for passport verification. This is something that could easily be done in the morning. Also I booked this property by mistake. Didn't realize there is another Bayun just 7 mins away which is a 5 star
