The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The only issue we experienced was the Wi-Fi connection, which was quite slow and unstable at times. However, we are not sure whether this was a hotel-specific issue or a general problem in the area. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting the Canton Fair or Guangzhou. WİFİ

Really easy check in. We were greeted with a water and a warm welcome. Everything is super clean and there is a nice gym. Also possible to do laundry. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The location is also great.

I booked a room for 2 adults and one child and explicitly noted the age of a child. Even though I paid extra for breakfast, hotel claimed that we had paid breakfast for 2 people and later on claimed that breakfast is only for children up to 1.3m in height. I was misled to believe that breakfast was included for all three of us.

The rooms were exceptionally designed - baby friendly and great user experience. The shower water pressure was unbelievably powerful! And the free laundry room turned out to be clutch for washing baby clothes. Overall 10/10 The mattress could have been a little firmer.

I love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby! I love how flexible and diligent the cleaning staff were. Even if I only left for an hour lunch break, they would clean my room in that time. Not much to complain about with this hotel. For the value, the room was huge, and super comfortable bedding. Tea, and coffee; great shower and bathroom amenities. Maybe the gym could be slightly bigger?

1/ Hotel has just been renovated. Higher floors renovated in 2023 while lower floors renovated in 2024. 2/ Room is moderately spacious, clean, non-smoking, comfortable, modern and quiet. As a light sleeper, I have requested for a room facing the back of the hotel (instead of the front main road), it is quiet although time to time, we can hear neighbors talking along the corridor but only a short while as they passed. 3/ Toiletries, room sandals, mineral water were provided daily. 4/ We reserved room without breakfast, so can't comment on it. 5/ Wi-fi is very good. Can access to yahoo, Facebook, etc. 6/ Service is excellent especially, front desk, Linda is very helpful. Just sharing my experience that we flagged down road-side taxi from Guangzhou Baiyun International airport to the hotel and was ridiculously charged RMB400. I highly recommend to book thru Didi apps which probably will cost around RMB200 + toll fee (if you opt for it to save 20 min journey if no jam). 1/ Location is 20-25 min walk to the nearest train station. However, it is also not located in a super jam area. As we travelled using Didi (Grab equivalent), location is not an issue for us. 2/ The shower water temperature has a tendency to change from warm to cool. It didn't bother us much as the variation in temperature is not that great. It is not extremely cold and the change is probably 2 seconds. 3/ Small leakage in the shower connection (room 2106) that caused slight rustiness in intersection. 4/ sharp corner of basin tap handle that cut my finger.

It’s a great place to stay. We arrived early and were offered early check in as soon as room was ready. The staff can speak very good English and helped us a lot with directions, taxis, money questions etc. The rooms are very comfy with softest beds and fluffy bathrobes. Would totally recommend.

no security guards. my officemate lost her phone. We ask if they might have found it in the lost and found as we think it fell when we stepped out of the car. Tbey just said none and then ignore us after. Then next day we asked if they can check cctv. They checked and told us someone pick it up and have no way of checking it. We then inform our supplier the following day and said the hotel should assist us to file a report in the police station. However we were too late. Should we have known, we could still be able to track the lady who picked up her phone.
