AC in the rooms was strong! Breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. Proximity to Canton Fair and shuttle bus. Some staff could not speak English well. No clear info given on how to take the shuttle bus back from the show to the hotel.

A+ I loved my suite room. It flows well. I particularly loved the fun splash of color in a simply beautiful room. It was a little hard that only one of the staff speaks english well. It would have been a more welxoming experience. Housekeeping should also clean the nozzles at the automatic bidet.

Good . Would suggest the hotel provide a rack for large luggages ( particularly for the elderly) .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ride to the Canton fair was well organized. The rooms were quite simple but very clean. The bed was very good to sleep. The location was also central but still no disturbing traffic sounds. Contact with the hotel before the trip was diffucult. I had a booking for two rooms and needed to change the dates by one day. The change was made only for one room which I found out when we got to the hotel. Fortunately there was space in the hotel for the one night that was not booked. Before the trip I also got a message from the hotel that my credit card can not be accepted. I called the hotel to ask the reason but they could not help me. They did something anyway because I managed to pay the hotel rooms a couple of days after the call. I had booked the rooms with the term to pay rooms only when showing up so this did not happen. The only way to contact was from booking homepage or calling them. I never got an answer to the message so needed to call. Because of the bad line and English it was difficult.

My room was 31 sqm and very nice commodities (big bathroom, Japanese toilet, vacuum iron). As there is no restaurant inside the hotel there is a room service from 11.00 am to 11.00 pm very useful. The hotel has a shuttle to the Canton fair. Easy to order a taxi from the hotel. The breakfast was too much chinese food, no good bread, no good cheese, no yogurt... Room was too noisy turn to the city, lot of trafic. No restaurant. English spoken very few regarding hotel employee.

I have been coming to Hampton by Hilton since 2018, I like the location, there is plenty to see in the area The property seems to have slipped since Covid, the breakfast does not have good variety to cater to many cultures, the food is often cold and the coffee is bad. There is no safe in the room, no closet, the ironing board broken and housekeeping often leave dirty plates and cups after making up the room. They can’t even supply a teaspoon and coffee whitener. I think Hilton should remove their name from this hotel

It is in very good location. The rooms are very clean and you have good choices for breakfast. The heating system is not working. The weather was good but sometimes you need to heat the room but only fan is working.

High Quality! from the soap in the bathroom or shower room to the bed, everything is wonderful quality. Room is big and could have a good rest. I would return to this hotel next time! Breakfast was not as exceptional as the room, just ok.

I had a wide variety for breakfast , which made it very good. My room was cleaned everyday, rooms was spacious, beds was very comfortable . . Staff was very helpful, they went above and beyond for us. I am English spoken communicating with the was very easy, if they didn’t understand something they would ask us to spell it and they would look it up and provided us with great service.
