Clean room Unfortunately when you want to go to room you should change the elevator , Hotel entrance is not like professional hotel, staff doesn’t know English , The breakfast was not for different taste.

nothing critical, but getting tired, bit noisy and they wouldn't accept my credit card as they didn't like the shape?? being gouged when I had a flight cancelled and needed another nights accommodation, 40% above rack rate - this was disappointing considering I had two stays booked.

Far from metro station. Breakfast is very good, changing cuisine everyday. So nice staffs. Near residence area and tradition market. The room is old.

The hotel is in a good location, about 15 minutes to the exhibition center. Many shops including McDonald's next to the hotel . The staff are so kind and helpful . I have to use two elevators to reach my room . The reception is very normal and not so clean .

The price is affordable during canton fair period. Staff can’t speak english, not helpfully enough, only can answer 1 or 2 questions related to the surrounding area. You have to go through 2 different separate lifts to get to your room. The cleaner are friendly though.
