Perfect location, great room size and comfortable bed. Express breakfast / tea time / coffee for all guests which is brilliant.

Excellent value: staff, position, breakfast, cleanliness, comfort. I'd book again. Just a minor personal preference: a bit too many electronic controls into the room (lights, curtain, etc.). I'd prefer quick old fashion manual switches especially when coming back at night and just wanting to go directly to bed. But, nothing critical, just a minor note. I'd still book again next time I am in town.

Location was awesome. I checked the room size before booking. However when we arrived my room size was 30% smaller than advertised. I was sharing a room with a friend and we didn’t have space to move. We didn’t have space to store luggage. We didn’t have a wardrobe to hang clothing. We didn’t even have space to open the suitcases. I complained to hotel who said the manager is not available. The manager never met me. But I got the staff to get a tape measure and measure the room. They lied saying the measurements were correct. I then had to measure myself with them present and show them and write it all down and calculate in front of them to have them admit not only was their calculation wrong the room was in fact correct 30% smaller than advertised. I am in process of getting a full refund due to the inconvenience for the 5 day stay in a tiny room.

The location is close to shopping and eateries. We were attending the Canton Fair and there was a free bus shuttle to and from the venue. Complimentary delicious fruit tray delivered to our room every day.

All the team is amazing, service and everything they do

The staff were polite and helpful, the room very comfortable and clean. The hotel is very near to loads of restaurants and shopping areas. Breakfast was good. The breakfast area is in the small lobby and gets crowded at peak time.

Easy to find, close to metro station and bus stop

Location is good. The room is rather small. There is no place for a bag, there is no safe in the room, and very limited space for clothing (actually only hangers, even in the biggest room - no cabinets). The shower in my room had very unstable temperature: hot for 45 seconds, then cold for 5 seconds, and repeated. Breakfast had rather limited options.

Amazing hotel! Great breakfast, great and super friendly staff, the hotel itself is made of high quality materials with great noise cancelling!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The design and atmosphere of the entire property were modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The lobby and restaurant areas felt vibrant and welcoming, especially with the creative neon-style décor that gives the hotel a unique personality. The breakfast was truly impressive—great variety, fresh ingredients, and a mix of both Western and Asian options. Everything was well-presented and delicious. The dining area was clean, bright, and thoughtfully arranged, making the morning experience very enjoyable. The service exceeded my expectations. Staff members were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and every interaction felt warm and professional. The room facilities and overall cleanliness were excellent. You can tell the hotel pays attention to detail, from the furniture to the lighting. The location is also fantastic—right by the Tiyu Xilu Metro Station, making it very easy to move around Guangzhou. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. Extremely satisfied with everything during my stay.

Room was spacious and very clean. Amenities provided were sufficient, breakfast spread was great, staff were friendly. There is also a mini gym and laundry room available for use. Although the location can be a little difficult to find, it is close enough to the main shopping area and just a short walk from exit H of the subway station. There is only one small lift to service all 9 floors. Waiting time can take quite awhile. It was located at the cross roads of a subway construction and may be a little difficult to find.

Everything was great! Varied breakfast, comfortable beds, very good service, smarthome system. Should have a little more storage space and a bigger mirror.

They have tea time in afternoon free for all and 24 hours free coffee and tea Facilities are limited
