Clean rooms and hotel, Good Location ( Near Metro station - 2 min walking ), Friendly Staff, breakfast is ok has some variety. the building was not the one on the city view, windows shows rooms of neighbors in a different buildings. Rooms are not sound proof at all, the hotel is super hot and humid all the time because of the laundry room's windows are open, only one elevator for customers and staff, which are always busy by cleaning carts. ( there is a staff elevator but not being used ). some customers were smoking in the Non smoking floor. for 2 nights

Close to Subway station. Breakfast was decent. elevator was a bit slow and limited, better to have one more.

Our thirst room was really awful, and it was not correct one, which I booked.. at the next day we got the right one and it was a little bit better.. the staff was not so really friendly. Breakfast was okay and location was really good. Cleaning lady was great :) and friendly

Nothing. Just stayed 1 night because of deposit. Then left to stay in another hotel. Rooms and reception smells. Dust everywhere. Bathrooms were ok but not like pictures. Breakfast was very poor.

The location was perfect. The breakfast options were good. My room was on the 2nd floor ( 211)next to the laundry room. I stayed there 5 nights, on my last night I could not sleep at all as the laundry machine went on ALL NIGHT long, as a result on my addition night of the 14th I asked to be moved up, away from the laundry… That was a worse decision as they put me in a noisy room, where I couldn’t sleep.That was the only terrible thing.

when they charged my credit card they chose to convert the sum to dollars inside the machine without asking me. I got extra 5-7% extra to the amount because of that. Be carefull when you pay

Clean and very hi level hotel. Breaqfest also good but as i love sheese thats only bad thing thay dont serve any kind of shease:( Sheese should be in manu for breakfast.

We stayed on the 7th floor next to the linen cleaning room, noise from it and the upper floor at times.

Could be a bit more cleaner in the bathroom.

Dirty sticky flour was left at room when we came and staff didn't do anything with it although we've asked. Shower and tap in bathroom need repair works. Receptionist doesn't speak English, however understands speech and gives reply via translator on her phone.

The business king room was really nice. Big room, confortable bed, big shower. Breakfast was also very good, many options to choose from. Many restaurants in the area. The hotel is close to metro lines 5 and 6.

Breakfast was nice but they were not talking to us language barrier. The manager and only one receptionist made us feel better as it was very difficult staying among people who could not speak English. The manager always googled the markets we wanted to visit and wrote in Chinese for us. He also called the Taxi and spoke to the driver as well on our behalf before we could leave. The lady that cleaned our room was very kind as difficult as it was, she tried even to use signs for communication. The hotel is very safe including walking out midnight. The manager arranged the best transport for us to use to the airport on the day of departure. After our 2 day stay we were able to pay for further 10 days a lesser price which was very affordable. The robot brought our swimming goggles to our room it was very exciting. Receptionist to learn speaking English and be patient with guests. Reception did not inform us of the advantages of paying for the hotel via paypal which made it much cheaper and affordable. We were assisted by a guy from Congo to negotiate. When the manager we knew was absent, the other guy in charge did not inform me or help my friend to get to the hospital as she got sick whilst i was busy in the laundry room. Only after a long time after i asked if they had seen her i was told she walked to hospital down the road and that was after 10h30pm. We were unfortunate not to be in a position to see the best fun places as there was a communication disadvantage. No African food at all plus no one even told us about the Cantorn fare.
