The location. The room was very dirty, smell really really bad and the worst of it is that I killed a lot really a LOT of cockroaches. In the hotel entrance we saw cockroaches a lot of times… a very unclean hotel.

The images are not from hotel, it looked different. The staff refused to provide smallest request like fresh glasses. Requested them to provide one plate and one spoon but they refused that too saying they don’t have it. Terrible service.

good location Lack of customer service, one of the guests in our group enquired about a refund, we were told to reclaim from booking.com even though the property handled all payments. If the answer was no that would have been ok, but the employee on reception started to shout and become angry with our group. We were then told that they had been drinking and this was the reason for the outburst. Not good customer service. Also the walls in the rooms had stains all over them and showers overflow leaving the bathroom flooded.
