Staying for the Canton Fair this hotel fits the bill perfectly. Not far from the show complex, obviously made easier with a good selection of shuttle buses. Good breakfast to set up every morning, and a choice of western buffet or Chinese cuisine for dinner. Colleague used the swimming pool which he said was excellent. It’s also a good spot for venturing out to dinner locally. Also an open air bar on the hotel forecourt, and a 7-11 just round the corner. Rooms are nice and spacious, beds are comfy and vast - shower is excellent too. If you get a river view the light show at night is impressive. Nothing

We have stayed here before, great location for Canton Fair, some renos going on but not too noisy, good breakfast & buffet dinner, great quailty food at level 5 dinner with a supplier, comfy beds, great view down main street from level 38 No english speakers at check in and guy kept commenting to co-worker which was a litle rude. Rooms are a bit run down but very spacious. Need an english speaking employee to help with dodgy cab drivers.

This place needs a major renovation. The hotel is very old, it smells. The staff are doing their best to keep it running, but only full renovation can help this place. The gym is good (old, but has everything one needs). Bed was good, the view is nice. Next to the Tianhe Park which is nice. I saw on Google Maps they state it is a 5-star hotel. It is definitely NOT! My main concern was the smell. You arrive to the floor and the room, you smell it immediately (damp smell). I stayed on 35th floor and the corridor smelled like cigarettes (someone was definitely heavy smoking in one or several rooms). Then you come to the room and you see all the dirty patches on the wall, even ceiling where they tried to paint over something but only in patches, but most disappointedly you immediately smell the damp smell. I’ve never hated to stay in a place as much as I hated to stay in this hotel, I just couldn’t deal with the smell and how old and warn down it was.

I stayed at this hotel in China and I have nothing but great things to say! The reception staff are extremely kind and always ready to help right away. I would especially like to mention David at the front desk, who was very professional and welcoming. The hotel and rooms are spotless. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the bathroom is well-equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. Housekeeping does an excellent job cleaning and organizing the rooms every day. The view from the 32nd floor is absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. Breakfast in the restaurant is also worth praising – there is a wide selection of food, it’s not crowded, and although Chinese cuisine is dominant, there are international options available as well. The location is excellent, with many restaurants around the hotel, and the fair can be reached in just 10 minutes by taxi. My sincere recommendation! Overall, everything was excellent. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to include more European breakfast options.

Hotel staff are very nice and friendly, they check if you need help and prompt with any service requests, I remember one of them named Li Si Yu. Room is good space, shower water pressure is good. There are quite abit of food choices within walking distance and entrance to Tian He Park just right next to it. Would prefer if there's bidet in the toilet.

The breakfasts were good with different choices of food. There’s a nice park just beside the hotel. Metro station is very nearby as well. We came for the Canton Fair and stayed at the property for 2 nights. On the last day after we checked out and carried furniture products to get a taxi to the airport, while waiting in front of the lobby, a hotel security suspected us steal some plastic seats (furniture product) and as he doesn’t speak english he kept asking other staff to come and inspect us, which was so unprofessional and irritating. Don’t just inspect your hotel guests without any proof like that, it ruins your reputation.

Not bad, also not special. - Location is not convenient for public transport users - No smoke smell inside the room - Staff only tidied up the bed and what's on the tables, not the floor. Still there are dusts and dirt on the floor. Hope they vacuum more properly. - Smoke smell hits hard just to step out from the room
