The location is close to every place that I wanted to visit, specifically the Arabic restaurants. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and the entire facilities are nice The rooms are not a sound proof and sometimes it’s noisy and the lobby misses seating area

I had a very pleasant stay at The Garden Hotel Guangzhou. The hotel is huge, elegant, and beautifully designed. The lobby is spacious, bright, and decorated with beautiful flowers, creating a luxurious atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were friendly and professional, and their English was very good, which made communication easy. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. There are many Arabic and halal restaurants nearby, making it an excellent choice for Muslim travelers. You’ll also find shopping malls, supermarkets, convenience stores like 7-Eleven, and plenty of other services within walking distance. The area is lively, convenient, and perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The room was clean and comfortable, although it wasn’t very spacious. My main concern was the bathroom design. It has an open-concept layout, which doesn’t provide much privacy. I think a fully enclosed bathroom would make the room much more comfortable, especially when sharing the room with someone else. Another issue was the concierge service for receiving deliveries. The concierge area was extremely busy with a large number of packages, and everything seemed disorganized. I had a package delivered to the hotel, but it took more than 30–40 minutes to locate it because there was no room number attached to it. Instead, they relied only on a barcode, which made the process unnecessarily difficult. I believe packages should be labeled with the guest’s room number or organized more efficiently to avoid confusion.
