The Service was Amazing by having Shuttle Service to Canton Fair by Dropping and Picked up Back Also while returning, we were Given Some Snacks and Cool Drinks which i didn't find with other hotel Also All the Time Water Bottle, Juice, Tea, some other things available for the guestsbat the Reception which is nice service free of Cost Swimming Pool was Fantastic. Very Lengthy Real 5 star Hotel it is. All the Staffs at Reception are not fluent in English, Found Difficult to Communicate.

Was wondering about the service provided by Wyndham, After return back from the CANTON, before Boarding the BUS they have offered us the Water Bottle, Juice, Snack, which was not found from other Hotels None of the Receptionist can't speak English Fluently.. which was very difficult to me

The room was nice and spacious I had an issue with the dates that I had booked. When I booked my flight I was due to arrive on 24th but due to the time difference I ended up arriving on 25th so I lost one night. I explained the issue to management and asked if I could stay till 28th as I was heading to another city and I was told that there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact booking.com. I panicked and I struggled to contact booking.com as I was not in the UK, I even tried calling the local number listed on their website as my phone was on speaker the management heard the recorded message and even pointed out to me that, the number was the Cantonese number but did nothing further to help. Still in the lobby I searched and searched and I finally found an email for booking.com. I sent the email and till date I have not heard from booking.com. I checked out of the hotel with no one from management enquiring if the issue was resolved which was quiet disappointing.
