Good location. MRT is located < 20m from the hotel. Restaurants, convenient stores, and excellent foods around the hotel. No freezer and locker in the room.

One very helpful staff, Jia Si Ding, even helped me with China apps and SIM card... Very satisfying stay

Staff are very friendly and the Starbucks coffees are really a surprise. Room is exceptionally clean. Room is bit small but get used to it after a few days.

Really kind staff. Nice and modern facilities. Although the staff weren't proficient in English (expected) they really did their best to use translation apps. Also gave me free breakfast! Nothing

The staff are very helpful , attentive , courteous although the are all very young The soundproof is a bit weak . I woke up whenever my neighbouring rooms flush the toilets or turn on the tap .

Hotel entrance is just besides a busy road which is not friendly for transport to stop by.

The front desk staffs were doing very good job. They were responded and accommodated with my request to have a room with view (eventhough only available indoor view). Thank you and well done!? It was a bit dark inside the room.
