We like the cleanliness of the hotel, easy access to many local eats and sightseeing. Breakfast was good. Our only request is that the menu includes more options, we were eating the same foods everyday. We ended up eating breakfast out on other days due to having the same options everyday at the hotel, this was very inconvenient.

The property is at perfect location. Next to beijing road is a plus point because lot of marts, malls and attractions are within 5 to 10 minutes walk I would recommend them to include more people from outside china who can speak English in their management team because sometimes you feel it’s a little hard to communicate if you only speak English.

Free laundry, nicely folded and brought up to our room. Would be nice if our clothes get ironed too. They give you free water and bottled tea so you don’t have to carry any back to hotel. They also have a late night buffet with congee and some steamed food for guests from 21:30. Rooms had very comfortable pillows and beds which were Very clean and spectacular river views. About 5-10 minutes walk to Beijing Road tourist attraction places. Also very affordable taxi rides if you need to go further (¥12 starting for most taxis) Staff on the floors are very friendly and front desk was very helpful with booking high speed trains to Futian. We felt very well taken care of. Thank you.

second time to stay here. good location near beijing rd pedestrian st. midnight snack available for guests, starbucks and lots of restaurants located nearby. free drinks in the ref. room might need a refresh. the floor tiles look like they have had some water damage. stone/ marble shower shelf fell off while i was in the shower, and pushing on the shampoo dispenser. good thing didnt fall on my feet.

Best location and Starbucks in building was a bonus since our stay did not include breakfast. Hotel restaurant was also very good for lunch dim sum. A big advantage surprise was the free laundry service which you can also do yourself located at lobby level. The staff was also super friendly and helpful especially the front desk folks. Also a fun thing to see was the robot that worked there doing deliveries.

Enjoyed the easy walking distance to many cultural sites around the area, next to the river. Loved the restaurant on level 3, quality dimsum. There are laundry facilities and a small gym on level 5. The hotel is tired and the reviews set a different expectation. Carpet stains, gaping flooring, funky smells and leaking shower. My check-in was particularly unsatisfactory. I had a little trouble with making payment via the local payment app, the lady at reception was clearly impatient and rude. She didn't help and said "troublesome/annoying" in Chinese in front of me. Every other staff member did their best, but you can see that they were constantly run off their feet all times of the day. Expect more wait time for the lifts too.
