The hotel is very clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The location is perfect — within walking distance of Coco Park. The view from my room was amazing. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again during my next visit to China. I would like to thank all the staff, especially, for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was amazingly good. Staff very helpful. You have many facilities that the hotel offer ( Tea time & night snacks ). Room nice dimension and clean. Nothing.

Can't judge. No room available when arrived. Booking never went through. Asking questions that already answered. (Arrival time already defined during the booking and re-sent by email 2 times). I will not do another booking to CityNote.

Booking.com cancelled my reservation without even informing me. It took me time to convince the hote

Hotel is good and well furnished. Great interior and comfortable bed. The only downside to my stay is construction right next to the building which makes it uncomfortable to have a sound sleep as work can on to the nights and very early in the morning. I moved room 3 times and luckily the last one was much better as the room is located at the other extreme end of the building with less noise. Staff are amazing though not good with English but good. Breakfast, afternoon snack and late night snacks are very good. Gym is decent. I will metro was near by but I guess that’s what the construction below is about. Good hotel
