Amazing place with unusual facility and old royal style decoration. Nice spa facility with many options. Super service oriented spa manager (John) made our stay much better! Too expensive to what it gives. We ordered room service and had to pay extra charge of 15€. Food quality was poor! Dishes were small and not tasty. Breakfast was standard and worth ~600€ a night.

What a place, driving from France to Italy for our one night in Italy it was truly special. The hotel is a true castle and made us feel very lucky for staying there. It was a rainy day so after arrival we hauled up in the brick vaulted lobby which felt so cosy and had great service and lots of lovely local wine, beer and nibbles. It was great and we felt truly at home. Our room was vast and vaulted and with a true princess bed it was great and a massive bathroom and terrace. We were quite full after all the lobby time but did have a small dinner and the same lady served us from the lobby, who was really lovely and we could have taken her home with us. The bed was a bit hard and felt it could do with some updating generally it is quite old fashioned, in a charming way, but some 2024 touches like usb sockets etc wouldn’t go amiss. A rug on the floor and a more streamlined furniture layout, with places to put luggage for two would have been great additions also.

The most amazing spa area, and truly the best masseurs. Wonderful breakfast - a delicious and diverse choice. It's impossible to describe the grandeur, luxury and ambience. Incredibly kind staff. An unforgettable experience.
