It's a lovely place. More than 24h without water!! We couldn't even to flush the toilet... They were telling us the problem will be solved and than I lost all my Saturday and Sunday morning. Very disappointing... About the breakfast, I ask then lactose free milk, they said yes, but it never happened and if you arrive for breakfast after 9h you couldn't find nice food anymore just a few things...

We have been here for the first time because of good ratio of money and service. Later on, second time we came to Guarujá, there was no doubt to stay in this hotel once again. Very good location and inside the hotel you appear to be in somewhat Mediterranean small town. We been here not during the high season so the premise was quite and cosy.

The interior is quite cosy and rustic. The staff is quite friendly and responsive. I would recommend this hotel for everyone.

Loved the warm swimming pool. Also loved that the staff helped me with plates , spoon and forks when I needed Loved that the hotel has warm swimming pool the warm swimming pool is not so big so if you want to swimm and there's more then 4 person on it it gets hard to do is so. It would be great if it was bigger!

Lovely location, two swimming pools one outside one heated, nice decoys and lovely breakfasts with variety of options, staff is very helpful, specious bathroom with proper shower with hot water (this is often an issue in Brazil) All was perfect but providing soap and perhaps some lines for drying towels and clothes on the balcony would be great.

The areas around the pool and breakfast local had nice decoration. The rooms did not live up to that. They were more simple. The staff in the reception and management felt a bit arrogant. Just a feeling I got when having a conversation with them. It also was a sense of overdoing the control of guests. Such as check the room before we were allowed to pay for 4 bottles of water and check out. We are a couple 60+ and paid a rate more than enough. I don't know if we looked suspicious and had stolen something in that quite simple room. Well, this is just my feeling after our two nights at your hotel. You asked for my opinion and this is it.

The hotel itself has everything one needs and more! In winter or cold weather, guests can enjoy the heated indoor pool and sauna. The buffet breakfast gives you plenty of food variety to start the day well. They also work as a restaurant. They have a colab with one of the beach kiosks, offering guests cost free chairs and umbrellas. The beach is super close, by the way. :) After 9 years or so, the hotel has got new owners. I was there with my family in July 2021, and they had just re-opened in April. The two lockdowns and the pandemic didn’t make anything easier, so they still need to organize themselves and “get the hang of it”. The nearest supermarkets (if you want to buy fresh water bottles and snacks) are 10-15 min away on foot. We had a few issues during our stay, but the staff did their best at helping us.
