Absolutely loved staying at this place! Very convenient location with many food options. The best service too - responsive and super helpful. The reception staffs were very friendly. The security guard at the hotel entrance guided me how to use local APP to book Taxi. Highly recommend, will come again. There is no enough charging outlets near the bed.

Staff was friendly The worst 5 star hotel I ever had. I travel a lot around the globe, but that hotel is a shame. 1: We arrived early evening, were tired, and decided to eat dinner in buffet restaurant: at 7 pm 50% of dishes were not available anymore. 30 min later almost nothing left. Wine should be included, but no wine bottles available since Chinese took all bottles to their tables; staff "regretted" but did not serve more; beer selection a joke, only poor brands 2: Air condition is a joke. Front desk told us, hotel has central air condition, temperature cannot be adjusted in room. At night we had to turn off since too cold. Therefore at day time too hot in room. 3: Room equipment, esp. electric devices minimum 20 years old I guess. Toilet flushing did not work properly. No mini bar as written in homepage. A small fridge, yes. But empty. A shame for a 5 star hotel. 4: Swimming pool: hall cold, also water not very warm; son had a cold next day 5: Staff: friendly, but with very poor English

The location (central with nice surrounding and views), the gym, the pool ( except that they insist you to buy a swim cap). The café. The breakfast is not even 4 star standard. This is really not acceptable. the hotel is a bit old.

The location is amazing for the river and some historical sights. The rooms are also spacious and the breakfast was acceptable. I loved the view from the window, great to watch the CNY fireworks. Breakfast had very little by way of vegetarian options, and not much western style food. There was no room service. The hotel bar was shut. The whole hotel feels extremely dated and needs a good revamp.

The staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. Our room had some issues with the air conditioner and the sheets had a stain or burn behind the pillows.

First day of our trip breakfast was a little cold and not much re-stocking of food was done. when my husband mentioned it, the management got staff motivated and rest of breakfast meal were 5 star. The same thing the first night we had buffet and this time we wrote a list. wow we were treated like royalty from then on and everything and some extras were done for us. First day, breakfast a little cold and not much re-stocking of food.
