Conveniently located, next to Publix and Panera bread, 6 min drive to the beach, decent pool, and breakfast,very clean and modern. Mid price range. Highly recommend.

The property is clean, well-kept and staff is very courteous. Breakfast was great! I had some issues with the washer and dryer card reader/connection, but maintenance was able to resolve both issues. Overall, great stay and I’d definitely stay here again!

I was also disappointed that on the 1st day, they had a delicious biscuit and sausage gravy for breakfast, the rest of the time it was hamburger buns and oatmeal. Very disappointing! And the breakfast buffet ends at 9am... after being zapped by the beach the day before, that's a tough time to get down to. Make sure to brush up on your Spanish, cos 80% of the staff speak absolutely no English. It's only 4 stories, so your "view" will be the front parking lot and a highway, or the back hotel parking lot and the Publix parking lot. Also make sure to get two queens instead of a pullout sofa, it is worse than sleeping on a 25 year old futon, constantly squirming and shifting to try and get comfortable. The desk staff were very friendly, they spoke English very well. and they were incredibly helpful, too. But a soda is $3 and a candy bar is $4. The hallways on the 2nd and 3rd floors have a strong mildew smell, and the elevator has some horrid smell, we just had to hold out noses when riding it. Great hotel if you're just staying overnight, not for a true beach vacation.

I had 24 / 7 text availability with staff if I ever had a problem. They checked in on me if I needed anything, by text.

The best thing about this hotel was that the staff was very nice and helpful. Also, the rooms are very spacious. My only complaint was that I didn't know it was a dog-friendly hotel. I have a terrible phobia of dogs, so it ended up being a very uncomfortable and frightening stay for me. I was scared to come out of my room and getting on the elevator. I have never seen a hotel with so many dogs. And the dogs added to an unpleasant smell in the hallways. If you are traveling with a pet, I think it a great hotel! But, if you rather not see a dog everywhere during your stay (even in the area where they offer a free breakfast), then I would not recommend staying here.

This was the best hotel I've stayed at. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great and well stocked. The staff went out of their way a few times to assist me and I really appreciate that especially since I was traveling with young children. The room was perfect. Plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was very refreshing and clean. Everything was well kept and the staff made my kids and I feel very welcome. I will definitely stay there again.

This property was perfect for us. Clean, rooms are huge, great breakfast choices each day. Drive across bridge about a mile or so and your in the beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing, huge thanks to Sheri, she was very helpful and knowledgeable about hot spots in the area to try. She was helpful with making sure my children and myself had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect we did beach day, and visited downtown. Also near convenient stores. I be would stay here again. A great experience!

This hotel was very clean. We just thought that the pillows need to be upgraded. Very convenient to Pensacola beaches without having to pay the price to be right on the beach. Just a five minute drive to the beach.
