The waterpark was large, but several areas of the children’s water playground had visible mold/mildew. Our biggest issue was the air conditioning. It was out for our entire stay, and we were told maintenance had already left for the day. Box fans were offered, but it was already around 10 PM, making that an inadequate solution. The food was also very expensive, but the taste and quality did not match the prices. We were told a manager would compensate us because our air conditioning was out, but no one ever followed up. I called today and was told no one there could provide the compensation and that I had to wait until Sheila comes in tomorrow. The person answering also seemed annoyed that I was calling about it. I’m disappointed that there wasn’t a manager available on Monday who could actually resolve a guest complaint, especially after compensation had already been discussed. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again. We visit the Mississippi Gulf Coast and will continue staying at Margaritaville instead. For the price, this experience simply wasn’t worth it.

Property was nice . Bed was a little hard

We have stayed here several times and it is always an amazing experience. My only complaint would be that during peak times, they only have one person working the swim up bar and with people coming through the lazy river, the pool and the pool area looking for something refreshing to drink, it can be a very long wait. Other than that, everything is top notch!

The water park was repeatedly shut down for hours on end because of thunderstorms over 30 miles away. Then it is extremely hard to find something to drink whether it be soft or alcoholic without having to walk all the way across the resort because nothing opened until noon on Sunday but won’t allow you to bring in your own beforehand

Great place for families . Wished the arcade and putt putt stayed open later . Walls in our room were pretty thin as we could hear our neighbors talking at times. But over all a great place

I liked that they had the waterpark and the arcade. Our rooms AC did not work and all we had for the first night was one fan. And I called about it the next morning and all they did was bring us another fan. It still hot the next night

Clean and comfortable. Love the waterpark onsite and the other family activities as well as various dining options. Rooms have a bit of a musty smell. The prices for games at the arcade are insanely high.

For the price rooms were spacious, water pressure good in shower, comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms are a bit odd but I would def come back. Restaurants were both good and reasonably priced. Front desk staff was AMAZING!! I had somethings needed to be printed for me and they were so accommodating and gracious. Pool area was great. Staff there was ok. Just a bunch of kids running it. On their phones the majority of time. The facilities them selves were great! We were there for off season so everything felt a bit off more of a 4 star review but I feel it was because it was slow season.

And the experience Was nothing close to satisfactory aside from the pool side bartender Josh.
