Rooms are very clean and more up to date then the others similar in price. The staff are all extremely helpful and pleasant. They treat us like family !! I had seen a few roaches but last few stays I've seen none. Rooms are very clean. Recommended t!!!!

This is a big hotel. They have a great breakfast with the littel biscuits with sausage. With the humidity there was a bit of rust on things in the room but overall clean. The property has a lot of walking space to walk the dogs!!!

I had roaches in my room very bad I called the front offices after showing her the pictures she moved me to another room that had nothing but roaches I asked if I could have my money back she never offered that suggestion but her boss said if I didn't like the room I should have got my money back and left well her employee wouldn't give my money back and I sat up all night terrified praying a bug wouldn't get on me because im not familiar with those things

The location. The room could of been cleaner,seems like they don't look at walls,baseboards and behind doors,they don't give extra towels,you have to return what you used to get fresh towels.

The location is great. The room was ok,could of been cleaner. The ac smelled,and the front desk did not have quarters for the laundry.Had to go to another hotel to get change. The coke machine was on and seemed to be working but would not take any currency.

Had to go buy breakfast because staff member said truck haven’t ran so only thing they had was bread (biscuits/waffle) gravy cereal eggs but staff told me at check-in it would be full breakfast When I made it to check-in staff gave me room 241 &243 but when I made it in the room it wasn’t clean at all hair all in sink cigarette butt in the toilet and dirty towel on the floor by toilet!! Staff gave me another room 251 but couldn’t sleep thinking that room wasn’t clean properly either
