Location to activities Only one working elevator with swimming pool closed for two of the four days that we were there

It was nice and had a full kitchen by need to update on utensils and bowls and silverware and skillet The floors need carpet up grade,the carpet where I was was filthy and needs cleaning or new carpet

Staff was welcoming and very helpful. The property was clean for the most part. Only problem was my bed sheets had stains or something on them soon as we checked in. Other than that the whole property was great and the room had a full kitchen!

The front desk staff was extremely friendly when we check-in. The staff member recognized we had a teenager and suggested a room with bedroom doors. We accepted the upgrade that was offered. The room was an apartment type with a full kitchen. The cleaning staff was very friendly, polite and ensured we had clean towels and trash removed. Our stay was above our expectations. We will stay there again.

Smelt Terrible. Very old looking. There is no gate for the pool. There is an orange net. Wouldn’t really recommend.

When we made reservations it did not disclose the the pool area was under renovation. The desk staff was excellent. Room was clean and well maintained.

Lawrence was really great! Very kind, informative and considerate!! Pool was down, couldn’t find ice machine.

We Stayed For JTC 2026 and Arrived early and The staff was Amazing , Clean Room and Clean Pool! The Hot Tub was Nasty with Bugs Didn't Look like it was working
