You have no one on site and talk to a guy through a kiosk in India. The hotel smelt like mildew and none of the vending machines worked.

Out door would not shut and lock. Staff refused to believe it at first. I was like a run down motel 6 and I’m pissed it was so expensive. It looked like a halfway house and my daughter and I did not feel safe there.

Good water pressure. It’s not a bad place to lay your head.

We stay there 2-3 nights every month. It’s clean and friendly. Every time. It’s all ok.

The staff was amazing. The room was clean. It was quiet. The only issue was the bathroom door was getting stuck when you closed it and it started to sound like it was going to break.

The outside appears unkempt as well. Patrons near our room were smoking on the balcony and the stench came into our room. The area didn’t seem to be the safest. I most definitely will never stay there again and would recommend others to stay clear as well.

Booked a non smoking room. Had to stay in a smoking room that was like sleeping in an ash tray.

Customer service is nonexistent. They hang up on you when you try to call and don’t respond to messages on booking.com.

Nothing The a/c started leaking in the floor with my twins my wife fell. We changed rooms and my kids found an old krusty pair of socks. Dirty bathtubs

Check in was easy. Bed was more comfortable than most Found wads of hair in the floor. Air conditioner was a bit noisy. Small bugs in the bathroom

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The ac/heat unit leaked very badly. There was standing water in the floor. The bathroom light had a short in it. Sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. There was Avery sting odor of bold / mildew in the room. This was also the second room that they had put us in because the aC in the first room would not work and was very very hot. I think the place needs some significant updating and then would be a really great Hotel.
