The location was great as it is very close to the Medanta hospital. 1. Lack of Cleanliness , very poor property maintenance , staff service was also not satisfactory and lack of professionalism

Location, Accommodation, room size, storage space in the room , courteous dealing of staff, good food in the restaurant where one gets food ranging from tea to lunch/ dinner suiting to one's choice ( non / less spice) - food is served steaming hot frsh from oven - food has homely touch in contrast to commercial hotels Nothing to dislike except the soft mattress on the bed- now a days due to several orthopedic problems very few people like soft mattress- however my complain was immediately settled by the manager by providing me a hard mattress replacing the soft one

Only the proximity to Medanta Hospital House keeping, facilities. Had to ask everything in the room as nothing was made available.

The hotel caught fire and they did not even notify their guests. I would have died if I didn't realize the smell of smoke. Zero humanity!!!!!
