The money value and the room facilities along with the location. The cleanliness was beyond bad along with the AC which wasn’t maintained. Didn’t manage to cool at all.

Nothing Broken switches, broken lights, broken towel hanger, stained/faded towels, faded bed sheet and pillow cover,foul smelling bathroom, no tea/coffee maker, below average breakfast and rude staff.

Nothing from our experience. Misleading photos and wrong information on this website. I was misled by the photos, reviews and good rating (9.1) as well as the room facilities listed on this site. Reality is entirely different. In my experience, it is not even worth a rating of 3. Based on the reviews, I booked for 2 nights for triple occupancy room. And here is what we found after checking in. Not so clean room with discolored/grayed bed-sheets and pillow cover, grayed towel, smelly/dirty bathroom, broken lights, peeling ceiling and dirty unusable balcony. No basic toiletries, no glass or drinking water. These were provided upon request and after a long wait. Wi-Fi was not working and it never worked for us. Tea/coffee maker and iron box listed and shown in photos are non-existent and I think it is deceiving information. No buffet breakfast, but breakfast with 2/3 options served in the room. It was average food. Though the booking/payment was for triple occupancy, no additional bed (as listed) was provided, only one mattress on the floor. When inquired further about it, the front desk staff was rude. On top of all this, at midnight, water started leaking from the air-conditioner (which is mounted just above our bed) and we had to shift the room in the middle of the night. The new room also had grayed bed-sheets and towel. Rude behaviour from some of the front desk staff Overall it was a horrible experience. Will stay away from this property and will never recommend it for anybody.
