Nothing I booked a room with bathtub and the front desk offered a room without bathtub, after arguing they finally find a room with bathtub, but when we about to shower there’s no hot water, what’s the point having bathtub without hot water

The Hotel refused to accept the Booking.com reservation. Despite showing them proof. Fortunately, they were not full and I was able to get a room directly with them. Booking.com and Keys lite should have a better coordination in future.

Good staff and rooms were good for the price however we only used it for 6 hours for night sleep so the price did not make sense to us.

Nothing. I like nothing about this property. Upon arrival at midnight, It’s very clear to me that the bedsheet was not changed, cause as i slept on it, it smelled like sweat. The bedsheet had dodgy stains, and on the mattress protector had period blood stains that housekeeping tried to hide when he changed the bedsheet the next morning. When I asked him to change the mattress protector, he reluctantly changed it and said, it’s only the matress protector. The room is old and nothing like the pictures. Value is bad too, too expensive for a dirty hotel. I’ve travelled to 30 countries and stayed in different types of hotels but this is hands down the worst.

An average hotel with average facilities, stayed for a night, rooms are no better than Oyo rooms, room rent is on higher side, with lesser amount i can book room in other decent hotel. central AC was off as as per them Winters have arrived, average bathroom, its 25 room small property, dinner menu consist of two vegetables, one dal , rice and roti...thats it ...dont understand how guest gave 5 star to this property, A BIG NO FOR TRAVELLERS looking gor value for money. Food menu is average
