Location Bathroom was always smelly. Not clean, shower door didn't close properly so, water would spill out a lot. Also, the drain was clogged, so it took a few minutes to drain.

I stayed here with my Family, Staff was very supportive especially Pooja , Preeti , Chef Soumya Ranjan and Restaurant Manager. They helped us to take care of the diet of our kid and was very supportive for meeting all our requirements. Thankyou for all the help and hospitality through our stay NA

South of Delhi and easier to travel to Mathura early in the morning. It was too warm in June and could not benefit from outdoor activities including pool

Nothing Property was really bad, we booked a non smoking room but we still found cigarette buds in the room, room was not properly cleaned, and had smoke as we entered. When complained the staff about the same, there was no resolution provided. Intercom was also not working.

Neat and clean, Good food, Helpful staff. All required amenities are there. Forgot my 2nd small phone on the first day was undisturbed. House keeping had to be told to fix the lights which didn't work. Shower door leaks water, flooding the floor outside. Kettle switch hard. TV has no English channel except WION.
