The room was not clean. There was leakage in the washroom if I tell you exactly the washroom was open from the roof and water was coming like it was raining there. There was no lock system so you can't lock your room

Location was close to my travel places and other requirements. There was only open and road parking available wherein I was charged extra for the same. No room service available - you have to visit the reception to get anything. No cleaning done in the 4 nights of my stay and even after complaining it was not done. Cokroaches all around and lift not working.

The only good thing about this property was the location. Our stay was far from satisfactory. The front desk staff was unhelpful and displayed a poor attitude. The room we were initially assigned was in terrible condition, lacking basic amenities like a TV. When we requested a room change, the staff promised to accommodate us but failed to follow through. Instead of resolving the issue, they were dismissive and arrogant. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.
